Where we ship
We ship within the United States, plus select international destinations at the rates shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
US shipping options
- Standard shipping: $10. Free on orders of $70 or more. Arrives in about 5 to 9 days.
- Express shipping: $15. Arrives faster than standard.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.
Wrong address
Check your address before checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order ships we cannot change the address.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
