30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them, with tags attached.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item or size, we cover return shipping. For other returns, such as a change of mind or the wrong size ordered, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we will set up an exchange if your size is in stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
